The machine is designed and manufactured specially for grinding gravure packaging plate on the basis of Japanese grinding machine. The whole bed is welded with steel structure and annealed under stress. The shaft, sleeve and top are processed by quenching, phosphating with high frequency strictly as the drawing, which makes the equipment have better performance and longer service life. All imported parts and electrical components are used in the key parts, for example, the linear guide track applies Hiwin, ball screw applies TBI of the world-famous brands; PLC, inverter, encoder, proximity switch are the preferred brand manufacturing. Thus they effectively ensure the quality and service life of the whole machine.
Product Characteristics：
1.The Linear Ball Guide and the ball screw drive structure ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment;
2.PLC control system and touch screen interface make the machine more convenient and simple in use.
3.The whole machine is protected by stainless steel, which effectively prevents water containing sulphuric acid and copper sulfate from entering the inside of the machine, so that the internal components are effectively protected.
4.Automatic lubrication system: Automatic timing and quantitative refueling ensure the normal operation for the lubrication parts of the machine, which extends its service life.
