TheProofing machine is specifically designed and manufactured for gravure printing roller, adhering to Japanese economic and practical advantages. Using Linear roll guide rail drive, it can adapt to user requirements to customized the length and diameter of cylinder. This machine has the hydraulic automatic control system; the single time proof process has automatic operation function.
Product Characteristics
1.High Efficiency: Highly Integrated Operation Module and higher automation improves 20%-30% higher efficiency than the previous model.
2.Accuracy: JS Linear guide rail ensures the accuracy of the smooth and repeated positioning for the drum advance and retreat; 50x magnification ensures a clear mesh point.
3.High Transfer Rate: The pressure and energy storage system of the rubber drum and roll improves more than the previous model, so more than 5% of the meshes can transfer.
4.The front and back stroke adjustment of the drum and the opening of the left and right tailstock are realized full automation. The drum and the roller are kept on the same level to avoid the phenomenon of the left and right sleeve deviation.
